Shailendra Singh is the Director General of APR Bharat and a seasoned sustainable development strategist with over three decades of leadership across chemicals, plastics, and packaging industries. A Chemical Engineer from UDCT Mumbai and MBA from JBIMS, he specializes in enabling circular economy models for industries and MSMEs. Shailendra has worked extensively with global organizations, think tanks, and NGOs on ESG, sustainability reporting, and waste management. He has also contributed to national policy frameworks and leads impactful collaborations to integrate informal waste sectors into formal systems.
