Sujain Jain currently leads the operations at A A Garg & Co. A Chartered Accountant who qualified at the age of 21, he brings a rich cross-sector experience spanning Audit and Assurance, Investment Banking, and Construction Operations. At A A Garg & Co., Sujain has been at the forefront of steering brands and producers through the evolving landscape of compliance under various Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regimes like Plastic, E-Waste, Battery and Used Oil. He plays a pivotal role in anticipating future regulatory requirements, positioning clients for long-term compliance, and guiding them on emerging obligations such as the mandatory use of recycled content. His strategic approach has been instrumental in enabling organizations to achieve correct and future-ready compliance. In addition to his work in India, Sujain has successfully supported clients across Japan, the United Kingdom, and Europe in meeting their EPR obligations, while also helping Indian brands stay ahead of global regulatory trends.
